Stradeling the foul line

A defensive player is stradling the foul line when a batted ball strikes his glove and rolls foul.  Is this a fair ball?

the player's position does not matter.  Was the BALL on (or above) fair territory or foul territory when it hit the glove?

A pop fly to the outfield that appears to be above the foul line

The line is in fair territory.  If the first touch of  the ball is when it is over the line, it is fair.   It matters not, as noumpere says, where the player is standing, nor where the ball goes after he touches it.
