AL-Ump Posted March 5 Report Posted March 5 Greetings all. I was watching my plate game last night and I noticed that my harness was kinda sticking up at the top. The plastic stay was catching my eye. It was flat but it was over the top button of the hat which pushed it up. I'm using a Wilson MLB harness on a Davis Mirage. I have a harness from UmpLife but the big buckle is worse than the Wilson. Has anyone removed the buckle/plastic stay and sewn the strap to the body of the harness to keep it down? I guess I'm neurotic for thinking about this, but I just don't like the pointy head look. Quote
