Infield fly rule

Bases loaded fly ball to 3rd base. Ball hits the 3rd basemans glove but is dropped in fair territory.  Batter is out on the infield fly rule. The base runners at that point decided to proceed to the next base. The ball was thrown to the catcher which was caught while standing on the plate.  Is the runner going to home plate safe or out?? Is she forced at that point or is she not?? What would be the ruling be?

Since the batter is out with the Infield Fly, no runners are forced to advance. Since the ball was not caught, any outs would have to be tags. (If it had been caught, appeals for leaving early would be possible).

As described, the runner on 3rd base ('R3') advancing and touching home plate before she was tagged would be safe.

The whole point of the 'infield fly' rule is that it removes the force on the runners.  As described, the runner is SAFE at the plate, as she was no longer forced home.  In order to be out, she would have had to be tagged before leaving.
