Hello Everyone,

I wanted to take the time to say hello and introduce myself to everyone, Currently I am aspiring to become a umpire in my local area.

I will be attending the 2020 MiLB Umpire academy in January, I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can and furthermore becoming a part of the umpire community. I'm also looking forward to getting to know everyone and of being of as much assistance as I can be.  Please feel free to reach out if needed.

Ken,

It definitely seems there is alot more going on up in the Phoenix Area for umpiring.

One thing I was curious about is how often people are actually working here in AZ.

Well here in the Phoenix area we work as much as we can stand. Fall and Spring are the busiest but there are games year round. @MadMax can tell you what he's doing with multiple sports but just baseball, I did about 300 games this year. That's around my regular job and my pickleball addiction. I've done as many as 600 games a year. My buddy from Tucson had a similar# of games but he had to take games here in the Valley to work that much.
