Umpire interference

So, I assume after the play, MSU coach is arguing for batter interference with all of the officials meeting with him instead of the umpire interference that was called. My question is, does umpire interference trump batter interference?

Ahh. I've always stopped at ask the umpire. Never scrolled that far down. So it's enforced in order of occurence, that's why UI was enforced and not BI. Thanks!
