Collision with 3rd baseman in could territory

3rd baseman is well into  foul territory waiting on a ball coming in from second base as the runner from second takes a wide turn as he rrounds 3rd to go home. He contacts the 3rd baseman (who does not have  ball yet).
What is the call, if any?

Sounds like obstruction to me, unless the runner intentionally deviated from his path to initiate contact.
