No, I don't.  I mean, I get the Presidential reference, but I don't see how it fits into this thread.

 

And, the ruling on the play is valid for HS, but not in NCAA. (I only mention this because you mentioned college officiating in one of your recent posts in this thread)

OK.  Ya got me.  That last comment only applies to FED.
