Page 50.  8-3-1a 

There is a balk (5-1-1a, 6-2-4) ... or a pitch strikes a runner (6-1-4);

5-1-1a and 6-1-4 are listed backwards.

2016 FED Rules Book has the same mistake.

Does it really take a village?
