Appearance Matters

So I'm sitting here just outside of Clemson, SC watching the Clemson OSU game and my mother who is a huge college football and Clemson fan says to me, "That referee is really good look how sharp he looks and at his posture and physique. I  like him." 

I guarantee you she knows nothing about college football officiating, but in the first quarter of the game he's won her over.

Imagine doing this as an umpire and how much easier it will make our jobs.
