You guys have no idea how often that happens in Professional Baseball. The thing is that it doesn't come to light through the press and stays between the parties involved and few witnesses.

As it should be.  I think with few exceptions, there is a fair amount of respect between players and umpires.  Players are out there competing and can be emotional and professional umpires understand that as much as anyone.  Players also understand that umpires are out there doing the job and work hard to get every call correct, even though that's impossible.
