Bases loaded 1 out.  Ground ball to 3rd. 3 baseman fields ground ball tags 3rd then throws ball past 1baseman in to stands

Stepping on 3rd base to retire R2 constitues a play. Therefore all runners will be awarded 2 bases from the last base legally acquired at the time of the throw. Most likely R3 scores, R1 to 3rd and BR to 2nd.
