FED rules, runner on 3rd with 2 out

Left handed pitcher comes set, quick jump turn, steps toward third and does a full arm motion to fake a throw but does not throw. I assume this is legal but it just looked so weird because I'm so just so used to a RHP jump turn with no throw being a balk.

Legal, correct?

The rule book does not care about handedness. The rules are the same for both a LHP and a RHP.
