This one is excellent, showing knee pops and whether or not F1 is gaining ground.  A couple of pitchers with borderline moves and how the NCAA wants those called.  Anyone else see it yet?

Yes. My take on the knee pop, once a RHP picks two at 1B with a jump turn I'm gonna balk him for a knee pop on the next one;)

On gaining ground, NCAA appears to be different than what Wendelstedt says for OBR. NCAA requires only some part of the free foot to land in a different spot. WUM wants the whole part to gain ground.

I noticed that as well.  Makes it a little easier to officiate.

MLBUM - nothing about the whole foot.

The pitcher, while touching the rubber, must step directly toward a base before throwing to that
base. If a pitcher turns or spins off his free foot without actually stepping, it is a balk.
In stepping to a base, the pitcher must lift his entire non-pivot foot off the ground and bring it
down in a location different from where it started and toward the base. The entire non-pivot foot
must move in a direction and distance to the base. This will constitute a step. The pitcher is not
allowed to lift his non-pivot foot up and bring it back down in the same spot where it started. In
stepping, the heel of the pitcher's free foot may not end up in the same spot it started.

Which essentially means that the pitcher can't simply spin on either the toes or heel of his free foot.  If he did, the heel would end up in the same spot.  What NCAA is saying it that a spin on the heel would be legal because part of his foot would end up on the correct side of the "line" that the umpire is supposed to mentally draw when watching for F1 gaining distance.

If he spins on the toes the heel will move.

So is Wendelstedt concluding that the "spot" in the MLBUM is the whole footprint of the free foot? They say that direction was gained but not distance when the free foot lands partially in the original footprint.
