I guess I disagree.  This is pretty clear on Interference.  Obstruction would be a far tougher sell.  Could it be done...I suppose since it's technically judgment, but I think it's far from a 50/50 call. 

​I agree with this. Not only does the fielder get the benefit of any doubt here — the protected fielder having absolute right of way — but unless the fielder is clearly chasing the ball and moving his feet or moving from his spot to do so, he's protected.
