Anything other than giving the runner HP was going to be a bad option (collision). F2 choose the option that minimized injury to himself. MC is called when a player tries to injure another. This F2 was trying to avoid injury.

Trying to avoid injury? and ends up getting knocked out by contact he initiated.  The way his shoulder came in, I'm of the belief that he was trying to deliver punishment.

Yeah, the way he's initiating contact, this has got to be MC and the ejection for F2. There's no need for that sort of play - make the attempt at the tag.

OK, got it.  On my first viewing, I thought the BR's actions were purely malicious.  There's at least a pretext of running the bases, even though time was called.

Looks to me like BR goes out of his way to run into F5(?).  I'll put the onus on stopping BR to 3BC

I also have F2 EJ for MC. There's no way I can let a thrown shoulder pass.

looks like he was trying to thread the needle between F2 and F5

It looks to me like he used running the bases as a pretext for putting a free hit on the defense.
