I've got to give a shout out to Douglas. Last year I found a hell of a deal on-line from a consignment shop and bought a used pair of Douglas shin guards for $20. I got them just before the season and they needed to be sent to Douglas to be fixed so they sat on my shelf and I forgot all about them until this past Tuesday.

I contact them and shipped them Tuesday. They received them Thursday and I expected them to be done in 2-3 weeks to maybe a month. They called Friday afternoon to let me know they are done and shipped. I should have them by next Tuesday.

That's pretty impressive. Plus I have essentially a brand new pair of Douglas guards for about $90 with all the shipping/handling to get them down and back.

They did the same for me last fall. Sent my shins and CP in for a little work. I shipped them on a Monday...they had them back to my door that same Friday. Great service. Fast. love the plastic buckles they put on the shin guards.

I'll be posting this in another similar thread, but the latest ABUA announcement is that Force3 and Douglas have partnered up. Not sure the details, but this has the makings of a beneficial relationship for both business parties and us the customers. Much better than an acquisition or buyout. First announcement from the partnership? Force3 Defender mask drops in price.

Getting nervous, Wilson? Better be.
