Head first slide?

[th3]

Someone was telling me that there was a head first slide in one of the games this weekend, forward into a base that went uncalled. He did say, though, that they went to video and reversed to an out on the tag. Did anyone see that?

It was in the LLWS championship game.

It got reversed to "head first slide".  The announcers initial assumption for the reversal was updated to the official reason within seconds and updated on air for all to hear.

Apparently, according to my UIC, there was also a HFS prior to this one a few games ago that was uncalled and nobody said a word about it.
