Good call. R1 out. BR gets first because of the immediate dead ball on INT. Can't call him out and the ball is fair.

I missed it because it was hijacked from an OBSTRUCTION post in "Ask the Umpire" ........that's why I didn't see it.  This isn't OBS, it's INT.   I'll post the other thread and lock this.
