Footage of the Giants minor league camp, I thought for these situations they have guys straight out of the umpire schools, but these guys look much older, types you wouldn't see at the schools, do they just get local guys to do it?

Locals. I get called to work Astros minor league intrasquad games during spring training. It is a good gig. They give you $100 cash and lunch in the dining hall after the game.

Here in AZ there is a ton of these types of games....

The problem is they are during the day, during the week so most of us with "Real Jobs" can't get them.
