Hit by pitch. Umpire shall call "Time, and award the batter first base. This is a dead-ball situation. If other runners are on base, everyone advances if forced to do so.

I'm back baby!! I figured it out, ............ the video screen on my computer (for some reason) showed it was in "compatibility mode" ....so at the end of the day it was OPERATOR ERROR!!! ................................................
