I had something funny happen Saturday afternoon and I'm wondering if something similar has ever happened to you guys.  Anyway, it was a beautiful Saturday afternoon, 14u tournament, solid teams, good baseball. I was working the plate. Usually, on a called 3rd strike, I shout, "Three!" and do a kind of chainsaw motion. Very typical mechanic. Nothing special. Well, for some reason on Saturday, a kid looks at a perfect pitch right down broadway, and I pop up and I'm about to shout, "Three!" when all of a sudden my voice takes on a life of it's own, and I shout, "WOOOO!" almost like Rick Flair used to do in the WWE. What's funny is, nobody even noticed. My partner didn't even mention it. I wonder if people thought it was someone else or if they just didn't care. Have you guys ever done anything like this?

I use the "hammer" for my strike calls when working the plate.  One night I was on the bases and had a routine play at first base and I yelled "STRIKE!!!!!!" instead of out while doing the out mechanic.  The first baseman and I had a good laugh!
