The NJSIAA guide does not mention the flag border.  Shore Umpires Association policy specifies white border, that only applies to SUA umpires.

As I understand how the border color works. If you served or currectly are serving, the border should be gold. All of us other folk, the border would be white.

Correct me of I am wrong everybody.

I think it is great that the borders make that distinction but it would be nice if more people were aware of it. I had no idea that was the case.   :shrug:
