Jersey name

Watching the Dodgers and Mariners game and I noticed that the shortstop didn't have his name on the back of his jersey. Rule 1.11 (i) states that "if adopted, all uniforms for a team must have the names of it's players." Also in uniform descrepancies-the HPU doesn't have a number! Thoughts?

Spring Training...'nuff said. Pretty sure the roster size rule isn't in effect either.

You'll find some duplicate numbers and some without numbers, also acceptable for ST games, with split squad games.
