Man, this is going to suck. We picked up a League that has always used OBR in the past, and, for some reason decided to go FED. That's not the problem: the issue is that they have decided that it's too cumbersome to put the FED differences on their website, and I guarantee the coaches aren't going to go out and find them. I foresee a lot of "That's a balk, Blue! You can't fake to third anymore!" in our games.

Don't forget that Fed calls for an immediate dead ball on a balk too... OBR is delayed dead ball.
