2 Varsity teams going to their respective regionals want to get together and scrimmage beforehand to stay fresh (week in between games).....

ACCEPT!!  Yes!  One more time ....scrimmage or not, ....it's a Varsity game, I'll take it....

 

Once again, my partner sends me a yahoo-IM ....... "you started this season with your first Varsity game on the plate,... I want you to end the season there too, same field, same team, ...you have the stick!"  

 

I'm looking forward to it!

More on this game that happened yesterday afternoon ..... a nice 7 inning walk-off game ...... I wish all of my games were like this.  I had the stick and it went very well.  No issues, a well played ball game ...just kind of umpired itself!

 

The cool thing was ..........  this guy (see article) pitched 2 innings, and fellas, ....this kid was bringin' it!!  I'd love to know what he was clocked at yesterday.  BTW, there was a guy from PBR (Prep Baseball Report) there with a gun

 

It was a nice afternoon on the field!
