The dvd is very good as a starter, but as for me, I have always liked the onfield experience. This would be the first dvd in my collection as starting out. I bought it a couple months ago when it came out and thought it was helpful in some areas. It was commented below on the forumn as well, ie immersion dvd.

I havent used it, but have seen it advertised...I would love a chance to run throught it....I have the college baseball mechanics CD put out by Epic Sports Software and the NCAA and it has been a good review for me....

I have that one by Epic as well, I like it.
