Weight loss

I'm starting today to lose weight for next season. I'm 5' 11" and 260. I'm a big guy but I definitely have belly. I recieved some advice from a very good seasoned umpire about it and I feel that it would make me look and feel better on the field. My goal is to come in at 200 by the season in March. Wish me luck.
