  1. A question that as far as I know cannot add players to the baseball field. When offensive and defensive players are on the field while playing baseball, their numbers must not exceed the norm due to the general structure of the game.
  2. While learning to throw a ball harder, you cannot go wrong with consulting professionals. I can ask your school coach for tips and corrections on how to pitch fast. They can spot what you have been doing wrong at a single glance.
  3. If MLB wants to save time, they'll get serious about reducing mound visits, installing a pitch clock, preventing frivolous absences from the batter's box, and limiting the length of commercial breaks. Until they make a good faith effort to cut time where it makes the most difference, they have no business mucking with how the game is played. One thing I have long hoped for and which (you'd think) COVID-19 might have brought about is a zero-tolerance policy on brawling. This is not an enjoyable part of the game and the "unwritten rules" that lead to this crap need to be left in the past. Anyone initiating or participating in a brawl should be suspended without pay - period.
  4. Between pinto and little league baselines stay the same but the distance between home and second changes by 15’. Is it not square anymore or am I missing something?
  5. I play shortstop and I pitch for my freshman team and every time I throw a ball it’s not accurate I feel like I think too much about the throw but at the same time, I feel as if there is something wrong in my mechanics but mainly the ball goes off to the side and is rarely on target.
  6. I just followed the baseball sport not long ago, I want to know how many players are there in all and how many members can be changed?
  7. Seems to me that the official scorer could go either way. I believe it’s no different for an outfielder to field the ball on a hop than an infielder; if he likely would have been out with a good throw, I could definitely see it being scored an error.
  8. Makeshift baseball arm sleeves are usually made out of elastic socks. If you find one that offers the right compression, cut the tip of the sock off to make the makeshift arm sleeves. One way I learned to be able to make my own sleeve.
  9. Bases empty. Batter hits a fly ball to right and the right fielder is playing in. The RF fields the ball cleanly on a bounce and has plenty of time to throw the runner out at first. However he makes a bad throw and the runner is safe. Is it a hit or an error on the RF?
  10. I'm looking for a forum to discuss baseball gloves and equipment. I also love this sport and am practicing playing with my brother. Plans to join the school baseball club. I'm learning about sleeves, or eyeglasses..
