The ribs at the bottom is a jell foam, With plastic inserts. We made this hybrid design to be a ultra lite form fitted protector. The neck piece is made the same that can also adjust the size to make a custom fit. The plastic plates will cover the users rib cage.

I apologize its usually the slow time of year. I took on a 3rd shift job and was doing +POS during the day. I was trying to get hired on into the Union working for Budweiser loading trucks at night for the past few months. I was hoping to fund a new Chest protector I wanted to get patented. Working a hard labor job at night was a lot harder then I thought, I got behind with some daily tasks. When I took the job I was told 60 Days would be when I was hired on. I was there way over that and they just told me they were not hiring.. Without getting hired on the Job was not worth money I was getting paid. I quit and probably wont do a 3rd Shift job again. GNhbua93, I typed you a long email and when I tried to send it said you were not getting emails..? -----> All I have are 48L: and 50L I will inventory them and put them on the site for 150, going to add a lot of stuff online this weekend. I am a single Parent so I never have enough time. I hired a Secretary, because It was chaotic busy last year. I had a problem with papal processing customers old address that were 2 years old. .Paypal was just processing payments for the site, but since I was shipping off pay pal they were going to the wrong address. It was more convenient at first because everything was automatic. I could not figure out what was going on for several weeks. I was just in the grind of shipping everyday and doing daily tasks. When I figured out what was going on a month passed by. I called paypal and they blamed my shopping cart and my web developer blamed paypal. So I had had to double and triple check address from the site and paypal. I dont know why this was happening, but I shipped alot of product to old address. I had to reship, get charge backs refund. The season comes and goes so quick its crazy and everything gets multiplied by 100X's. I hope to wholesale more and focus on the product and less on the retail side. I have not added any new wholesale agreements this year since working with Jim at WWW.Ump-attire.com. Jim has been great to work with and is a great guy. So, many of the products on the closeouts of the site wont be available in the future, so if your feeling like a red mask kinda guy there are a few left. Check the picture out! I will add some of these masks up this weekend. I am getting a few of the Chest protectors air shipped in. I kept changing and adding to the CP and that carried into production. I think it will make for a better CP and hopefully this protector will not need the customization that alot of guys do. Should be a tailored fit. Thanks Mike. Glad its finished, Its a huge upgrade and a major task that took half the year. I was hoping to launch with the new chest protector, that will be out shortly. I kept making changes to the protector and forgot about the deadline months ago. The shirt you were looking at is not available right now. That's the only shirt on line I don't have online. Regards to the mask, I cant even see what you are referring to in the picture you PM'd me. The electro static powder coat is very hard to remove. I have not had any complaints about the mask.

​Can you take a picture of where the paint is chipped? This is the charcoal, I guess you can call it a gloss powder coat. The ZRO-G cold steel is the same mask available in Matte powder coating. I have never seen the finish on these chip or crack.

Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother, is probably the best thing you can use. You can put in a spray bottle, spray on gear in your shoes and on your feet. It will balance the PH or alkalinity. If your rivets are rusting it will take the rust off and prevent it from rusting for some time. Stuff is amazing If you have acne or razor bumps it goes away after 2 days. You can drink it and apply it on the skin. Drinking a half shot a day has many health benefits from loosing weight to fighting cancer. Just to share if you never heard of it before. Its not as strong as regular Vinegar but its still going to need to air out after a day. This is great for cleaning gear and is non toxic. Its sold at most grocery stores its $2.00 a bottle. Kyle, I am pretty busy to having things not working out for me…Are you telling me the 15-20 hours a day I have been working and the boxes I have been shipping is a dam day dream perhaps?. . I don’t understand your opinion that my products are knock offs. I keep reading you carrying on saying the same thing over and over every year You type a few lines of nonsense that has no basis and I have to spend a few hours or more to reply and correct you. I am starting to wonder what your intensions are?? So I type this big dam essay that took hours, copy it, paste it to spell check it.. and notice you put little to no effort to insult me On top of insulting comments Its even more frustrating especially when you cant spell or use spell check.. IN no way am I being a keyboard snob. I type finger by finger and I I am a meat head that benches 405. I hope next year when you say the same thing you said all the other years you spell correctly.. I try to ship everything same DAY with 2-3 Days delivery...Process Returns and exchanges same Day I receive. It’s the busy time of year and that’s when I am most efficient getting product out. Its even more busy for me my wife and I just had a new baby girl a few months back. (3 daughters all under 5 I’m in trouble) So have to keep on top of things or get inundated pretty quick.. I have some people that still like the shirts because they are durable. I put the shirts on sale until they cleared for like 9-15 bucks. Relieved they are gone and that nightmare is over. None of the Black Shirts were part of that fiasco because I ordered separately from another factory which is my current factory. It’s a hard situation to work through I know some other companies had to deal with the same issue. The New shirts in all colors I have gotten in a few years ago are the best +POS has ever had, and are durable soft and 4 way stretch with heavy duty collar and cuffs. They are very cool and comfortable as a mesh shirt WITHOUT the holes and the shiny appearance that some guys don’t like. So, many feel Like these are a defiant upgrade and at the current sale price of $19.95 best shirt you can buy for all the colors. I have them in-stock except for the cream that is sold out, the pink and the majestic style which I will be getting in shortly! Full-zip-Jackets- Pull-overs Last year I got new full zip Jackets in and a lot of people Love them. Water proof shell fleece lined for $49.95. I was trying to make a jacket that was as good as or better than the Majestic for a more affordable price. I am making tweaks and upgrades constantly to products. Pullovers- I copied another vendor’s jacket they copy off little me so I copy too. Why not. So I don’t know how my jacket could be poor quality..I had a few that I received that were miss-sized and I corrected the problem. It’s a pull-over meant to cover layers. People like them and they are half the $19.95-$29.95 price of the same coats at somewhere else ..$59.95.. Pants- I only carry the Charcoal for now in Combo Pleated and Un-pleated in a wool-poly-rayon. I have not had any complaints or returns for the pants for any reason not even 1 clip or clasp. The material is breathable wrinkle free and wears well. Every Year I sell couple hundred to the umpires in South America and they are worn in the Pan American Games. I have not had to many request for heather grey The +POS plate shoes are hard to have made the popularity is not the same as it once was. The minimums to produce the shoe are more than the demand-I’m still trying but Its not looking good. GD sports copied our shoe back in the Day and I noticed they have not been selling it either. It’s a heavy shoe that lasts a long time. I had some light weight umpire shoes made with a met-guard that sold very well last year. I have talked to some of my customers that bought the shoe and they love em their holding up great and I did receive a few that the leather popped at the met guard. I will get some new ones in that the problem should be fixed

Alex, The SUL100 masks were not A +POS designed mask.. We bought from a sporting goods company that sold to +POS and another Company....The Manufacture that designed the mask spent alot of money developing the mask and the mask was expensive to make. There was a design flaw in the thickness of the vision horizontal bars not being thick enough. The ball went threw the bars on 5 or less... Over the course of selling the mask for many years. Out of several thousand less then 5 people had injury Broken Nose and or cuncusion from the ball going threw the mask. To My family and their company this was too high and my Mom was concerned and did a full recall replaced masks and ate postage both ways to make sure they were not used. I have not seen any that were broken or shattered in pictures or in person..Had the mask been designed correctly in the first place people would appreciate it because it does not crack or dent. The mask was re-designed SUL200 with thicker bars and the vision is more obstructed that is the only downside to the mask. I have talked to hundreds of people that love the mask and never had ANY problems cracking/ shattering/ concusion. I feel we did the right thing and recalled the mask reducing odds of injurys...Many people don't realize that and just keep regurgitating what they hear which is unfortunate because we did what we could to make it right after the fact.

I can tell you I have have not had ANY returns on the ZRO-G Zero-Gravity masks. The masks are made by the same factory that makes most other lightweight masks on the market. Only a few factorys make Baseball mask wire cages. I buy Direct from the factory. The strength of this mask comes from the alloy,smaller diameter of the tube and the thickness of the steel. They are a hollow core steel. MajorDave- At one time the mask was aluminum same name different part number made by another factory making same mask for other companys. It was also a lightweight steel dipped in PVC coating same name different part number. I started the Name Zero-Gravity for the masks more then 10 years ago and its a great name cant think of a better one..Must be good if someone copys it.. The current ZRO-G Zero-Gravity mask is the best and most deserving of the name. I sell out every year. Its a great mask MANY love the price and the durability. Dan

The only 2 masks I recieved back in the magnesium frame apparently are your friends. I recieved these earlier this week. He wants a refund for masks that are a year old. It is my understanding he is using them at pro ball level. I have had more people tell me how well they like that mask and how durable it is. Metal masks will dent even welds will break. I am not happy about the rumors you spread about masks shattering and people getting mamed.
