3 Man Mechanics

Does anyone know where I can find literature on 3 man mechanics (federation)? I have three games this weekend and want to go over it again. I've done 3 man a couple times in USSSA but it's been awhile.

I like the CCA manual...it is pretty clear. For two man, I have been impressed with Jim Evans Maximizing the Two Man System....
