Balk?

OBR pitcher in stretch has not brought hands together and brings foot to start set stops and then completes then he brings his hands together finally. Is this starting and stopping a Balk?

Sounds like it but you have to be there to be sure. I will say if you balk it, most likely correctly, it will be the last time you see him do it. Just make sure you explain it correctly. Tell the coach that he started to set and didn't finish, don't cop out and say it's deceptive.

that is what i told him was that he must complete his set in one motion not stop midway then continue to his set.

i may have been able to respond to this if i had been able to properly read and assertain what you were trying to say but you see you wrote it in one huge sentence with no punctuation and it was a huge run on sentence if that makes sense :rolleyes:
