*- "Icon" was the nickname that the gear geeks here at U-E labeled the iconic Nike Titanium with. That planform was never sold at retail, only supplied to endorsed catchers and umpires, and then traded on the private market. @Whosyourcaddy now offers this exact model, as a broker/sales agent. He is the "Unbranded" model listed above. Adidas copied this planform for their PS Pro-Issue, hence the label. 

**- "Teardrop" was the nickname that the gear geeks here at U-E labeled this model, built in conjunction with (a) Mizuno (factory), and sold For Retail Sale on the retail market. Thus, this model is also referred to as the Nike FRS. It's a very notable-looking mask, can't miss it when you see it. 

***- The Rampage magnesium mask was originally commissioned by All-Star; it was a working prototype and planform presented to All-Star. While they approved the magnesium injection-molded procedure, they commissioned and produced the resulting FM4000 Magnesium. The prior planform was leased by Champro, and became the Rampage. However, Champro breached the terms of its sales contract with the factory that holds the planform, and it was stripped from Champro, and instead leased to Tucci (takeover company from Schutt) and now, Champion. 

****- All HSMs on this list are NOCSAE-approved; however, NOCSAE certification is not required for use by an adult, nor by an umpire. 

Ed. Note: You will also not see the venerable / infamous +POS SUL100 / SUL200 Fiber-Resin-Composite mask on this list. While the SUL200 was the necessary improvement and reformulation (of the resin composite) of the SUL100, the thermal-cyclic damage had already been done to the mask's reputation. You may encounter the rare one in your travels. Admire it, but I'd be cautious of wearing it.

It’s not. It is actually hollow steel. It’s not a bad mask at all, once you burn away the 2 🤬pounds of vinyl dip on it!!! 
Would it kill ya to do a good paint job, ya yelloW slug? 🐌
