I think this is a miss by the crew. U2 isn't going to get a look at this and neither is U1. 

The two umpires who maybe get a look at this is U3 and PU. I've called this before as PU and had a great look. I understand & realize that working with four umpires and MLB is something I don't do. I still think it's a miss though.

Agree...I think the review could involve concrete aspects of judgement.  "Did the ball hit the hand?"  Okay...that impacts the decision that I originally made. We have interference.
