We're moving at the end of the season to Central MO, near the north Central lake of the Ozarks/Laurie area. Anyone know any associations down there to contact? Not HS, more looking to stick with kiddie ball.

You should be able to find plenty of work in that area.  Last I had heard they were planning to build a fairly large facility up there. I can put you in touch with a couple USSSA tournament directors that run tournaments all over the area, if you want.   I am not sure what you would get, as I haven't called for them before. But they run quite a few of the USSSA tournaments in Branson and the surrounding area.

I'm still a ways away from Branson but I'd bet they know who to contact. We're about two hours north of there.

HS would be me...

Youth is just pretty much local stuff. I'm not aware of any youth associations.

I'm rated for it here but I'm not ready for HS, but I'll definitely be close enough to attend clinics in the area. Hubs will probably come too as he's starting training clinics here this week.

Don't sell yourself short. I worked rec leagues for 3 years before even considering high school. High school may have a bit more pressure because the records actually "mean something" (to somebody), but it's much easier ball to call in general - you just need to remember that just because the ball is moving faster doesn't mean your calls need to be made faster.
