New Ump looking for gear

I want your old stuff.  This is my first year.  I will be calling JV and Varsity games.  I would like a hard shell chest protector, some leg guards, and a mask.  I also will need a baby blue and a black shirt...med....is that a normal med or is is adjusted assuming I am wearing a chest pad?  I am a small guy.  I measured my chest at 36 inches.  I will also need all those little things like pitch counter, ball bags, and brush.  My chapter is asking me to get grey pants, so if any of you have grey pants in a 32 waist, let me know how much. 

If I have forgot something let me know

Side note: One of the things I wish I had done when I first started was buy base and paste pants instead of the combos - plate pants fit over your shin guards easily and are much more comfortable. Combo pants look like crap on the bases, IMO.

I have to use Davis combo pants for the bases. They cut their base pants to narrow.

I have an extra Wilson Dyna-Lite face mask.  Used very little and the pads are like new.  $40

I've got the entire Wilson Platinum set available and Wilson Dynalite mask for $150. Chest protector has one year's use and is S/M and shins are 15.5" with two years of use.
