I see team Canada is getting an early start on teaching their players to be rats!

I did notice the PU head height was above most of the batters.  He had no squat at all.

Mo.- RI. PU may have been even higher.

How so?

Catcher was jerking pitches in to the strike zone. When the manager went to the mound he asked the catcher if they were strikes. The catcher said "yes". The pitches were well out of the zone.

Those pitches may have been called strikes all summer long though. Seems like strike zones are significantly tighter than in years past.

It may appear to be tighter then in the past. It could be because the umpiring is improving and they are calling a more realistic strike zone instead of "nose to toes and dug out to out".
