I'm BU, R1, R2 with one out.  BR pops it up right on the first base line. F1 goes to field it, hits his glove and lands fair, partner calls it fair (correct call from my angle).  Here is where it gets fun as the ball rolls into the dugout.  How bases are you awarding?

edit: Forgot to add, OBR.  PU said ball was over fair territory when it hit F1's glove

Assuming the ball was over fair territory when touched, BR out on the infield fly, R1 to third, R2 scores.

If the ball was over foul territory when touched, no bases, BR returns to bat with an added strike (unless there were two to begin with).

Where it lands is irrelevant.  It's whether it was over fair or foul territory when touched that matters.  2 bases TOP.

PU said it was fair when it hit F1's glove.
