I'd like to see a POE about FPSR at bases other than second base. I've seen blatant violations at other bases that nobody thinks twice about.Just some video examples of the violation would be nice too. Nobody calls it in my area and it causes problems in my area for people who actually have the ability to call FPSR in our FED games.

If they know the rule they would not need a POE about other bases. If they were trained to call it at 2B and the trainers did not cover the actual rule then you have some problems with the trainers. But, the violation of the rule is usually very rare at other bases. Over sliding home with bases loaded might be an example but I haven't seen it. Some great video about FPSR is some where on the interweb on an Arizona umpire website. Let's see if you or anybody else can find it before I get up in the morning and find it for you.
