I have an extra set of PBUC manuals (both the black- rules and red-mechanics) that I would like to pass along to someone that will use them. They are the most up to date (2014 manuals haven't come out yet). I would like them to go to someone aspiring to go to umpire school, or someone who knows someone looking to go.
