I followed the the link in the article to "MLB's 2014 plan". Interesting line...

 

 "Plays other than HBP/foul and balls/strikes calls will be eligible for review"

 

I guess everything else is reviewable? 

 

I dunno...Seems HBP/FOUL would be one call where replay could really help.

Seems to me they wanted to leave pitches out of the discussion wholeheartedly. We'll see if tweaks are made to allow that specific review - nothing really seems to be set in stone, other than leaving balls/strikes out entirely.
