I got two things because I am way too ADD...

 

1. Walk much more confidently, with your head up, and quicker.

 

2. Point your strike and verbalize your strike at the same time.

I wouldn't say ADD. Those were faults. I've fixed them.

 

Actually the next game I had, I walked out to the mound with my head high and confident, and the coach saw me and wrapped it up immediately. I loved it! Haha.

 

I've actually started the transition to a hammer, which will help the same time problem a lot I think.
