Where did the safe call come from?

I'm assuming a Brain Fart!

 

I'm thinking .........he didn't see and assumed his right hand got in .......as the F4 cleared his vision, he realized he never got there and banged him ...thus the safe-out ...

 

I think Collins PURPOSELY got ran!   I mean, AJ could have easily explained the issue ....but Collins wouldn't stop ............. it worked! :D
