Running Lane Interference?

From last night's Twins-Red Sox game.  Thoughts?  This is not the best video of it, on subsequent replays the runner appeared to be in fair territory inside the 45-foot lane...

Hard to tell where he was but not a quality throw so no interference either way in MLB.  imo of course.

Agree: throw was in the dirt, not good enough to merit a RLI call in OBR, esp. pro ball.
