Fake Tag

Does NCAA allow fake tags?  I know that FED addresses it in the rule book but I didn't see it in the NCAA rule book.  If it is, can you provide me a rule reference?

Fake tags are not illegal in NCAA.

A good rule of thumb is that if there is nothing in the rules making something illegal it is then legal.
