NCAA test, undeclared infield fly.....any ideas?

All codes requires the players on and off the field to know the situation. I believe that FED is the odd one out where we can correct our mistake on an IFF.

Of course I could be wrong. I haven't worked regular season college ball in almost four years.

FED requires the players to know the IF exists: "10.2.3 SITUATION G:

With R1 on second and R2 on first and no outs, B3 hits an infield fly, but the umpire fails to call "infield fly." Is the infield fly in effect or not?

RULING: Even though the infield fly rule was not announced by the umpire, it is still in effect. Both teams have the responsibility to know when conditions exist for an infield fly."

It appears by the NCAA question that they don't require the players to know and would reverse a DP. I don't know what Pro (OBR) interps are now but back in 2000 per the BRD it appears they would reverse it like NCAA. TTS43 implies that that has changed in the Pro arena. Don't screw it up and you don't have to decide how to deal with the eff up.
