Got my FHSAA Rule book and Case book at our association meeting today.

Time to hit the books heavy again. I am working with a new (Hopefully better) association. The previous one was a One man In-charge association. Never organized. hard to get paid.

The new one seems to have their act together. They have a Board of Members that run things. Extensive training.

In Jan and Feb there is Rules Training every Wednesday and Field clinic every Saturday. As well as a state run HS clinic at the end of Jan. Then on Feb 10th I will be at the Southern Umpire camp in Atlanta.

A lot of work ahead but I will be well ready to go!

Cant wait till the new season!

Make sure you study FL's new DH rule. It sort of the college DH rule but not entirely. The coaches will be confused.

Yes they will so will a few umpires that won't bother to understand it.
