red under shirts

so on espn 2 tonight LL regional gane in california the first base guy is wearing a red undershirt. the crew were wearing black jerseys. now I remember about 10 years ago our local association wore red under the navy shirts but never red under black. anyone have a reason for this or did this guy simply run out of black t-shirts. personally I like the white under the black..... BUT NOT RED:rollinglaugh:

They have white and red writing on their shirts, thus the red undershirts ...I guess

I first noticed it on the base umpire. then on PU.

Not to steal this thread but that PU was calling some horrendous strikes.

I saw that but I wasn't sure if it was correct or not. It was the second throw by a fielder so I thought it might be a correct award. Didn't he get 3rd on that?

It was the second play by an infielder and the runner had not reached first when the throw was made. Two bases from time of throw should have placed the runner at second base, not third.
