Thanks everyone, I feel welcomed. I will start posting questions as I have many. Luckily, an extremely experienced ump has come out to watch me work a game and provided some detailed observations and corrections. There had to be ten things I need to change or adjust, all in the five innings he watched. Learning, and having fun.
