Best wishes for Rap.

I wrote I got to meet and work with him in February, at the Southern Umpires Camp. He is a hell of a guy, has an awesome sense of humor, and a solid instructor.

Now, with my rant out of the way.... poor Ed.... man, looking at that body convulsion just as he's hitting his knees.... and where it hit him (jaw) I wouldn't be surprised to learn that he's got a concussion. That was one hell of a jolt.

After looking at it again it looks like the ball also grazed off of Posada's Mask. So it lost some energy there and might have been even worse had that not happened.

Yep, just grazed Posada, though, so likely not much speed was lost on it.
