Calling the helpdesk for printer problem

Caller : Hi, our printer is not working.

Customer Service: What is wrong with it?

Caller : Mouse is jammed.

Customer Service: Mouse? Printers don't have a mouse you fool!

Caller: Mmmmm??.. Oh really?... I will send a picture.

My parents used to work in the computer repair business back in the late 80s through the early 2000s. My dad actually had to ask several people if the computer was turned on. If they said yes and it still wasnt working, the next questions was always "is it plugged in?"!

He once told someone to "put the computer back in the box it came in and ship it back to the place you bought it from because they were to stupid to own one!".
